Kelsey started the day surrounded by her mother, grandmother, and bridesmaids, at her uncle’s house in Mandeville, on the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain. The atmosphere was relaxed, filled with laughter and shared family moments. The rain made a brief appearance, but it didn’t last.
In the late afternoon, we headed to Wild Bush Farm + Vineyard, a property nestled in the heart of the countryside. Upon our arrival, the sky cleared, making way for beautiful late afternoon light.
Duncan and Kelsey had their first look just before the ceremony – a simple, emotional moment. The ceremony was held outdoors, officiated by Duncan’s godfather, in front of a small group of loved ones.
The rest of the evening unfolded in a friendly atmosphere: dinner, speeches, family photos at sunset, followed by a lively night on the dance floor. Amidst cake pulls, bursts of laughter, and embraces…
