The day began quietly, with Olivia getting ready alongside her mother. Every detail \u2014 from her dress and invitation suite to her accessories \u2014 reflected her elegant, natural style. As a documentary-style wedding photographer, I focus on capturing real, fleeting moments that often go unnoticed \u2014 and there were plenty throughout this day.<\/p>\n

The couple chose to do a first look before the ceremony, a private moment that felt both emotional and grounding. Their guests soon gathered at Abby Rose, a charming wedding venue in Violet, Louisiana, for a heartfelt ceremony held in front of a small garden chapel. The atmosphere was relaxed, joyful, and full of meaning.<\/p>\n

Their reception was a true celebration: warm speeches, joyful dancing, the ring pull tradition, and a sparkler exit that closed the night with energy and emotion. These unscripted moments are what I love most about wedding photography \u2014 natural, intimate, and completely unique to each couple.<\/p>\n
